Dior now offers complimentary delivery for all orders. Kindly note that we deliver only in Turkey.

Deliveries take between 2 to 5 days. Please be advised that working days do not include Saturday, Sunday  and Holidays.

Be completely reassured that we are taking all the necessary measures in the preparation and shipping of your orders in order to limit any risk.

You may return the product with the original packaging 30 days after the purchase.

Refund of unpacked, used, destroyed and so on products is not accepted.

Returns must be made with the original packaging.

In case of any opening, deterioration, breakage, destruction, tearing, usage and other situations in the product and its packaging and if the product cannot be returned as it was delivered to the customer, the product will not be returned and its cost will not be refunded.
