Perfumer's Words
“Miss Dior was born from evenings in Provence, illuminated by fireflies, where green jasmine harmonizes with the melody of night and earth.” That is how Christian Dior described the inspiration behind the creation of his first fragrance, Miss Dior, in 1947.
Francis Kurkdjian has interpreted the original Miss Dior with Miss Dior Parfum. An intense women's fragrance dominated by a jasmine with rare, fruity facets, wrapped in ambery woody accords and infused with notes of mandarin. The olfactory translation of a nighttime stroll through a moss-covered forest, filled with juicy fruit and wildflowers.
The emblematic Miss Dior houndstooth motif envelops around the bottle. A silvery 'poignard' bow tied around the neck completes the signature couture spirit of Miss Dior Parfum.
